Does your computer take 20 minutes to turn on? When you get it on, does it move from screen to screen quickly? Is it performing as well as the hardware inside it is supposed to?
These are common problems that face computer users in today’s world. Computers are expensive, right? So we try to make them last as long as possible. And so, over time, they get clogged up with programs that never get used, internet downloads that cause problems, and become less and less stable.
We can help. We can schedule a visit to your home to perform routine maintenance on your computer, so that it can run as well as possible. We work from a checklist that includes over 20 inspection points. It is designed to help resolve issues you may already be having, as well as uncover potential problem areas that have not yet affected your system.
We schedule about 1 week in advance, and can accommodate evening and weekend hours by appointment.
If you prefer, we can service your computer in-house. Simply bring it to us (or we can pick it up for a $10 charge) and we will work on it here.
This has it’s advantages, because you are only charged for time actually spent working on your system. You see, we use a stopwatch system to track the time actually spent servicing the computer. As a result, you don’t get charged for ‘downtime’ during service calls…such as time spent rebooting, scanning disks, or downloading software. That means you get more done for less money, and that’s always a good thing!
Billing is done in 1-hour increments, with a 1 hour minimum. When your service is complete, we will tally up the time spent, and your invoice will be generated.
